I can not thank you enough for catering the small party we had to celebrate Kristen. The food was delicious! Everybody loved everything. The garlic parmesan chicken bites were a big hit! The eggplant topped with crabmeat béchamel provolone cheese & chicken filled with baby spinach, roasted peppers with feta cheese were yummy too. I had the pleasure of attending an event this weekend catered by Annemarie. Not only was everything plated so beautifully with seasonal accents and with great attention to fine detail, but what I tasted was absolutely delicious! The veggie sushi and Oriental broccoli orzo salad were my favorites! Yum!

This affair included a gorgeous crudité station with huge cheeses, fresh fruits and veggies and crackers. Freshly rolled sushi and a berry and brie skewer dish. Passed hors d'oeuvres including lamb chops and everyone's favorite, pigs in a blanket.

An upscale lunch buffet for adults included lemon dill salmon, quiche, prime rib, salads, and a chicken dish. There was also a magnificent large challah. The largest I've ever seen!

Dessert, which was also seven buffet style, consisted of a themed cake for the Bar-Mitzvah boy, fresh fruit tarts, strawberry shortcake roll, fruit salad, mini brownie and cheesecakes too.

Annemarie was on hand making sure everything ran smoothly, which of course it did. She was a doll and so was her entire staff. They were all extremely professional and personable.

I left extremely impressed and with her named stored in the back of my mind for future catering needs. She does large and small scale events, even Jewish holiday dinners!!

Hi Annemarie,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping to make my husband's 40th birthday party so special. The food was amazing and the staff you sent were even better. Thomas was a hit! People loved his energy. He was very attentive to what I wanted and did everything with a reassuring grin, even as it continued to rain when we were getting everything set up. The servers were fantastic, especially the woman who came later in the evening, I'm sorry I don't remember her name. She was so pleasant and calm. When the party was over and we were getting ready to go home, I went into the kitchen to say good-bye, she was on her hands and knees cleaning the floor. Now that I did not expect, but certainly appreciated. They left the house just as it was when they arrived. Very classy. Our guests couldn't get enough of the food! Everything from the shrimp to the cheese ball, to the chicken and the veggie burgers and everything in between was out of this world! Oh, and the cake was FABULOUS! The presentation truly blew me away and watching my husband blow out the candles was so special. Lot's of folks asked who did the catering and I didn't hesitate to sing your praises. Again thank you for making this past Saturday a day we will never forget!

Wow!

This Passover holiday was so much fun now that I only cooked half the dinner.

I actually sat down to eat.  That's a first.

Everything was delicious, but our favorite was the Asian Salmon.

I am hoarding the macaroons and allow myself 1 every 3rd day.
