Catering for Jewish Celebrations
Annemarie’s Cuisine provides customized catering for Jewish celebrations and gatherings throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery County, Bucks County, and surrounding communities.
Every menu can be customized around your traditions, guest count, dietary needs, and location.
Our team has catered at synagogues, private homes, community spaces, and event venues throughout the greater Philadelphia region. When an event is held at a synagogue, we can coordinate with the family and congregation to understand the facility’s kitchen policies, approved food practices, delivery procedures, and service requirements.
Special Menus for Jewish Holidays
Annemarie’s Cuisine offers special menus for select Jewish holidays which may differ from year to year.
Holiday catering works differently from catering for a private event. When a special holiday menu is available, we will post it on our homepage and announce it in our email newsletter. Families select their dishes in advance and pick up their prepared meal on the designated day. Each order is carefully packaged and includes instructions for heating and serving at home.
Rosh Hashanah Catering
Celebrate the Jewish New Year with a holiday meal prepared for you. Annemarie’s Rosh Hashanah menus combine familiar holiday favorites with a variety of chicken, beef, salmon, vegetable, and dessert selections.
The specific dishes, prices, ordering deadline, and pickup date will be announced when that year’s menu is released.
Hanukkah Catering
A prepared holiday meal can make it easier to gather with family and friends during Hanukkah, particularly when you are hosting a larger group or planning a celebration during a busy December.
Because Annemarie’s holiday menus change from year to year, sign up for the email newsletter to learn whether a special Hanukkah menu will be available and what it will include.
Passover Catering
When Annemarie’s offers a special Passover menu, families can order a complete meal or select the individual dishes they would like prepared.
Passover practices and food requirements differ among families. Please discuss your specific observance requirements with Annemarie before ordering so she can explain how the food is prepared and whether the menu is appropriate for your family.
Catering for Jewish Celebrations
From welcoming a new baby to celebrating a young person’s Bar or Bat Mitzvah, we provide catering for celebrations of many sizes, from a gathering in the family home to a luncheon or reception at the synagogue or even venue with hundreds of guests.
Bar and Bat Mitzvah Catering
Annemarie’s Cuisine works closely with each family to select a menu and style of service that fit the celebration, from a casual luncheon to a cocktail reception or formal dinner. The food can also be planned around your chosen theme, helping the menu feel like a natural part of the event.
Annemarie’s Cuisine can cater casual luncheons, cocktail receptions, buffet dinners, family-style meals, food stations, and formal seated celebrations. We work with each family to create an event that reflects the guest of honor, family traditions, guests’ needs, and budget.

As a full-service caterer, Annemarie’s can also coordinate the practical details of your celebration, including tables and chairs, linens, china, glassware, barware, serving equipment, and other rentals.
If Annemarie’s is supplying the bartenders, we can also provide the required liquor liability coverage.
Kiddush Luncheons
A Kiddush luncheon gives family, friends, and members of the congregation an opportunity to gather following services. Annemarie’s Cuisine caters Kiddush lunches for baby namings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, synagogue programs, sponsored Kiddushes, and other special occasions.
Menus may include bagels and spreads, smoked fish, salads, fruit, quiche, dairy and vegetarian selections, deli platters, hot entrées, desserts, and beverage service. We can provide anything from a simple luncheon for a few dozen guests to a larger congregational gathering.

Baby Naming
A baby naming is a joyful opportunity to introduce a child to the community and celebrate with family and friends. Depending on when and where the naming takes place, families may host a brunch, Kiddush lunch, afternoon reception, or gathering at home.
We can create a menu that fits the timing and style of the celebration, with possibilities such as bagels and spreads, smoked fish, quiche, salads, fruit, pastries, luncheon entrées, desserts, and beverages. Menus can be adjusted for children and guests with dietary restrictions.
Bris Celebration
A bris is often planned within a short period of time, and families may need help arranging food quickly while managing many other details.
Annemarie’s Cuisine can provide a simple breakfast or brunch delivery, a beautifully arranged buffet, or a fully staffed gathering at your home, synagogue, or another location. Popular selections include bagels, spreads, smoked fish, egg dishes, pastries, fruit, salads, coffee, tea, and other brunch or luncheon favorites.
We understand that timing may depend on circumstances surrounding the baby’s birth. We will do our best to provide flexibility and make the catering arrangements as straightforward as possible.
Shiva Catering
When a family is grieving, arranging meals can feel like one more responsibility during an already difficult time. Annemarie’s Cuisine provides considerate, dependable catering for shiva gatherings, funeral luncheons, memorial services, and celebrations of life.
We can deliver a single shiva dinner or help coordinate meals for multiple days. Menus may include brisket, roasted chicken, salmon, kugel, potato dishes, vegetables, salads, sandwich and deli platters, challah, fruit, desserts, and beverages.
Families can choose a simple delivery to the home or request buffet setup, serving supplies, beverages, professional staff, and cleanup assistance. We understand that these gatherings are often arranged with little notice and will do our best to accommodate short-notice requests.
