Every Bar and Bat Mitzvah is different, and so is every menu. Liquor liability insurance protects the establishment serving the alcohol against claims that could arise from someone overdoing it and creating havoc. By serving alcohol at your event, it makes our staff part of “the establishment.” If Annemarie’s Cuisine staff will be serving alcohol to your guests, we must have a Liquor Liability insurance policy to cover your event.
Our bartenders are trained:
- to require valid ID to prove legal drinking age
- to politely refuse serving alcohol to clearly intoxicated persons
